This project is about sharing our memories about everyday objects.It is an ongoing effort to engage community participation and conversation. My goal
is to explore new storytelling models for interactive art and media. SHOEVOX
is a user generated global art project that ties hundreds of people together.

Follow these steps:

1. Call 819-827-8720 and simply speak to record a voicemail that is encoded into a digital sound file
into my e-mail system. Feel free to write out your story before recording.

2. At the end of your recording press (#)

3. Follow the prompt and press (1) to listen your recording

4. If you are not satisfied with your recording you can press (2) and re-record, if you are satisfied simply hang up.

Send to margit@hideg.ca a digital photo of your object in jpg format. 72dpi resolution max size 200X200pixel.

If you prefer a transcript of your recording, send it along with your audio submission.
